Case-Based Discussions

Our case-based discussion dates are below. If you would like to attend, please select your choice of dates - we'll confirm your place as soon as we've checked the overall number of applicants (usually immediately, during working hours).
The discussions take place between 1:15 and 2:00pm, and you are encouraged to bring cases of your own for discussion (suitably anonymised).
All the discussions count as Learning With Others, and for osteopaths they also count towards CPD Standard 2 "Objective Activities Contributing to Practice". Once the new CPD regulations come into force (late 2018) it will be mandatory to complete something from this category every 3 years.
Case-Based Discussions are a really good form of CPD, regardless of the regulations. These live broadcasts provide you with a friendly environment to discuss your own clinical issues or simply listen to others, contributing where you can.
Once we receive your form, we'll confirm by email that you are able to join in. Each discussion is limited to 15 participants, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to speak. If we can't get you onto your first choice, we'll give you priority on the next best option.
Academy members have unlimited access to the discussions. If you're on our £6 trial, you're very welcome to try one, subject to the number constraints above, but after that you'll need to become a full member of The Academy.
