Think about it – you are actively inviting people into your clinic who are unwell. And as you well know, symptoms can be misleading. Make sure you aren’t caught out!
What’s more, most courses approach first aid from the wrong angle.
In a real-life situation, the last thing you need is a vague memory of a list of signs and symptoms, together with a nagging fear that if you get it wrong, someone might die.
This course is taught by instructors with real-world experience of emergency situations. Steven Bruce, a registered osteopath, has many years of military experience behind him, including several years with Special Forces. Malcolm Parnell, his assistant, is a former paramedic.
But that’s not what’s important.
Every bit of this course is designed with real-world situations in mind. It is intended to demystify first aid. To remove the fear, and to inspire confidence. It is one of the best first aid courses anywhere in the country. It is an essential for all osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports therapists.
The qualification is the HSE recognised “Emergency First Aid at Work” certificate, but you will have learned far more than the basic syllabus taught by other providers, and you’ll receive monthly reminders throughout the 3 years that the qualification is valid to help prevent the inevitable skill-fade.
